Admittedly, it’s not Pantone’s Color of the Year, Marsala (which I love), but I do have something happy to share.
I wasn’t going to have a 2015 Word. Fearless kind of found me last year, and became a driving force in a few of my biggest choices last year, but it was a happy accident. Why mess with a good thing, right?
And then I painted my nails.
Santa tucked a cheap bottle of glitter nail polish (clear with confetti glitter) into my stocking this year, and I was bored a few nights ago, so on it went.
I am probably too old for confetti glitter nails, and yet. The clear base makes them as subtle as glitter confetti can be, but they surprise me. They make me smile. They sparkle.
I want to surprise myself this year. I want to make me smile. I want to surprise you this year. I want to make you smile. I have some lofty goals, the first of which will be officially rolling by month’s end.
Want a sneaky peek? I’ve got a newsletter. Just saying.
In 2015, I will continue to let Fearlessness bolster my resolve, but I plan to Sparkle while I’m doing what I do.
Come with me. We’ll be fearless together!
